Policies

Reservations · Please guarantee your booking with a card before your arrival date; unguaranteed bookings may be canceled at 4 p.m. that day.

Cancellations · Cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose; you will see them before you confirm your booking.

Arrival · Official photo ID and a credit card are required. Check-in must be done by the person named on the reservation. Rooms are assigned based on availability; we can't guarantee a specific floor.

Payment methods · American Express, Visa, Mastercard and cash.

Minors · Guests must be 18 or older to check in, and every room needs at least one registered adult. Minors are registered with a passport, birth certificate or CURP; if they are not traveling with a parent, a guardianship letter is also required.

Cribs · Free for babies up to 2 years old, subject to availability. Extra beds are not available.

Pets · Pets are not allowed.

Parking · Next to the hotel: MXN 125 per night (3 p.m. to noon), or MXN 28 per hour outside those hours. One car per room, subject to availability; spaces can't be reserved in advance. Buses and trucks won't fit; a Sprinter-type van takes up to 3 spaces.

Smoking and vaping · Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including balconies and hallways. A MXN 3,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee applies if this rule is broken.

Special occasions · To decorate your room for a special occasion, please request approval from management in advance.

Visitors · All visitors must register at the front desk with official ID.

Food and drinks · Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant, terrace or pool.
